Stephen Solomon

Mr. Solomon’s career has specialized in large public companies focused on developing and implementing business strategies while strengthening and leading corporate finance and treasury functions. As part of his focus on aligning capital structure with business strategies, he has evaluated, structured, and closed acquisitions, divestitures and financings in excess of $80B. The combination of capital allocation decisions, process improvements and culture shifts that Mr. Solomon contributed to led to significant improvements in corporate performance and shareholder returns. He brings a wealth of experience involving corporate development, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, capital markets, shareholders and creditors to IP3’s mission.

Mr. Solomon holds a Bachelor in Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Computer Information Systems, and an MBA, both from Baylor University.
